GUNTHY.IO’s Refund Policy / refund rules.
The following rules are what you can expect from GUNTHY.IO .
The rules provide a transparent approach to refunds giving you a great experience and a “fair go”.
These rules are based on consumer laws that we at GUNTHY.IO think are a good starting point to apply to transactions that happen on GUNTHY.IO so you as the buyer have a consistent experience and know what to expect from us.
Here are the situations and how each situation is handled :
- Product is “not as described”
- The product doesn’t work the way it should
- The product support is promised but not provided
- Why a refund may not be given
- Resolving disputes
- The product is “not as described”
The product is “not as described” if it is materially different from the item description or preview so you should expect the developer to “tell it like it is” when it comes to the features and functionality of item – in this case you are entitled to a refund of the item.
GUNTHY.IO provides accurate information that is based on public information .

The product doesn’t work the way it should
If the product doesn’t work the way it should, and, if it can’t be fixed by the product developers, you are entitled to a refund of the item.
If the item can be fixed, then the developer is required to do so promptly (no more then 30 days) by updating the the product, otherwise you are entitled to a refund of that item.
What it’s not included in this rule are situations where the environment and third party softwares or services are the reason for the problem. In this case you will get help and assistance from our Support team, over our Telegram Group .
The product support is promised but not provided
If we or the developer advertising the products as including item support and you are not provide that support, you will be entitled to a refund of your purchased item.
Why a refund may not be given
If the product is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, and because we provide live support, bug fixes, free updates and upgrades and individual help, there is generally no obligation to provide a Refund in situations like the following:
your order is 15 days or older;
you don’t want it after you’ve downloaded it;
the item did not meet your expectations;
you simply change your mind;
you bought an item by mistake;
you do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
you know a ‘bug’ in the software and you don’t want to wait for a free fix or update;
you ask for goodwill;
The process of resolving disputes is done in a few simple steps :
1. Contact us via email or via Telegram
2. We gather all the needed information
3. Help is deployed either ‘on the spot’, or, a ticket is raised with the product developer in case of software bugs.
4. We will take a final decision based on all available information and outcomes .
NO WARRANTY ON LICENSED SOFTWARE
THE LICENSED SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED TO LICENSEE “AS IS”. GUNTHY.IO, AND GUNTHY.IO’S LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, MAKE NO WARRANTY AS TO ITS USE OR PERFORMANCE. GUNTHY.IO, AND GUNTHY.IO’S LICENSORS AND SUPPLIERS, MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, OR TERMS (EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHETHER BY STATUTE, COMMON LAW, CUSTOM, USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, TRADE PRACTICE OR OTHERWISE) AS TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OF THIRD PARTY RIGHTS, MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE, EXCEPT FOR, AND ONLY TO THE EXTENT THAT, ANY SUCH REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY CONDITION OR TERM MAY NOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN LICENSEE’S JURISDICTION.
In rare instances GUNTHY.IO may, at our discretion, issue a refund if GUNTHY.IO cannot resolve a substantial issue where the product does not conform to the product’s documentation. When GUNTHY.IO deems a refund is appropriate, the refund paid will be the purchase price minus the order processing fees, transaction fees and affiliate fees (25% of the purchase price). In such instances, GUNTHY.IO requires that purchaser to provide enough information for us to positively identify the original purchase transaction (e.g., order number, company name, date of transaction, purchase code, number of licenses purchased, etc.).
